This specification covers one type of waterproof gun-firing relay assembly with a nominal rating of 24 volts (V) direct current (dc) for use in the main gun and machine gun circuits of military combat vehicles. The assembly consists of relays which control the firing of the main gun by the operation of a time delay circuit and a separate fast-operating, fast-release relay which controls the firing of the machine gun (see 6.1).
